How to Complete Your 360Promo Artist Profile and Release

Step‑by‑step guide for musicians on filling out their 360Promo Artist Profile and Release, linking social accounts, and uploading everything needed to launch a campaign.

This guide walks you through every step of setting up your 360Promo Artist Profile and creating a Release so our team can run your campaign smoothly. Follow each section carefully to save time and avoid delays.

Logging Into 360Promo

  • Go to 360promo.fm and log in with your username and password.
  • On the top right you’ll see your account name. Click it to switch artists if you manage multiple profiles (labels will see multiple artists here). Most users will have one artist only.

Creating or Updating Your Artist Profile

  • On the left of the screen, next to your name, click the pencil icon to create or update your Artist Profile.
  • Enter your Artist Name. You can upload a profile picture (optional).
  • Fill out the checklist below. These steps are critical for running ads and managing your music:
  • Link your Facebook and Instagram accounts (required for us to run ads). Meta tutorial link here
  • Grant manager access to your YouTube channel to music@360promo.fm so we can manage your channel. Tutorial link here
  • Verify your YouTube channel. This allows thumbnails and hyperlinks. YouTube tutorial link here
  • Convert your YouTube channel to an Official Artist Channel. Tutorial link here
  • Grant editor access to your Spotify account to music@360promo.fm so we can update your profile and analyze data. Spotify tutorial link here
  • Enter all your social media links and website.
  • Fill in your current city (not hometown).
  • Paste your bio into the bio field (or just write out whatever info you care to share if you don’t have one – we’ll update what you give us into a new bio either way).

Creating a New Release

  • Return to the main page and click the Release button, then press the + sign to create a new Release.
  • Fields with a red asterisk are required.
  • If your song is already out, paste your Spotify Song ID. If not, fill out details manually.

Release Information to Complete

  • Release Name, Genre, Release Date, Record Label, ISRC
  • Song Quote: A first‑person quote about the release (we’ll use this in your bio).
  • Song Lyrics
  • Smart Link
  • Producer Name

Adding Guests

  • Your name and Spotify Artist account will appear at the top. Make sure Main is checked.
  • Click the black plus sign next to your Spotify Artist link for each guest.
  • Choose “Featured” for each guest and enter their Spotify Artist Page (not song or album pages).

Regional or International Engagement

Select whether you want ads targeted to your hometown (regional), international markets, or leave it to our team (“figure it out”).

Uploading Audio Files

  • Upload one file per slot: Clean Audio, Dirty Audio, Instrumental Audio, Acapella Audio.
  • For singles, do not upload multiple tracks per slot.

Uploading Photos

  • Slots include Single Art, Album Art, Logo, Banner, Press Pics, and Main Profile Pic.
  • Click each button to upload the corresponding image.

Video Section

  • Answer “Do you have an official music video ready for this single?” Options:
  • Yes: Paste the YouTube video URL (uploaded unlisted).
  • Not Yet: Indicates you’re working on it.
  • Make One for Me: Tells our team to produce it. New fields will appear:
    • Link to raw video footage (preferably your 360 Drive link)
    • Preferred font for text overlay
    • Director’s name
    • Intended release date (calendar dropdown)
    • Upload pics from the video shoot
    • Alternate videos (name + URL) for ad back‑ups

Album Section

  • Is this song part of an album? Choose Yes or No.
  • If Yes, fill in Album Name and Album Release Date.
  • Enter an Album Quote (first person, like your Song Quote).
  • Add Album Guests and Album Producers by clicking the plus sign for each additional entry.
